Non-IT Recruiter

Role Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Non-IT Recruiter to join our dynamic HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring talent for various non-technical roles across the organization. This role requires a strong understanding of the recruitment lifecycle and excellent communication skills to engage with candidates and hiring managers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates for non-IT positions.
- Source candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Manage the offer process, including salary negotiation and background checks.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical non-IT roles.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide recruitment updates.
