Role Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Non-IT Recruiter to join our dynamic HR team at Paytm. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring talent for various non-technical roles across the organization, ensuring a seamless and efficient recruitment process. You will play a crucial role in attracting top talent to support our rapid growth in the FinTech sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract candidates for non-IT positions including roles in Marketing, Operations, Customer Support, Legal, HR, and Finance.
Conduct thorough candidate screening, including resume review, initial interviews, and assessments to evaluate qualifications and cultural fit.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from job posting and candidate sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing requirements and provide regular updates on recruitment progress.
Utilize various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Contribute to employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
