Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Non-IT Recruiter with an LLB degree to join our HR team in Vijayawada. This role is crucial for sourcing and attracting top talent for our non-technical positions within the Packaging & Containers industry. You will leverage your legal understanding to ensure fair and compliant recruitment practices, contributing to the growth of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for various non-IT roles, including operations, supply chain, sales, and administration.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
- Utilize legal knowledge to ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies throughout the recruitment process.
- Conduct background checks and reference checks for shortlisted candidates.
- Manage the offer process, including salary negotiations and onboarding coordination.
- Maintain an updated database of candidates and recruitment progress.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide recruitment support.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition and employment law.
