Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Non-IT Recruiter with 0-2 years of experience to join our growing team in Chennai. This role is ideal for individuals with a Master of Design (M.Des) degree who are looking to leverage their analytical and problem-solving skills in the talent acquisition domain within the facility management industry. You will be instrumental in identifying, attracting, and onboarding suitable non-technical talent to support our operational needs.

Key Responsibilities:
- Source candidates for various non-IT roles (e.g., facility managers, operations executives, administrative staff, technical supervisors) using diverse recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their specific recruitment needs and define job requirements.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, coordinating feedback, and extending offers.
- Maintain a robust candidate pipeline and build strong relationships with potential applicants.
- Utilize your M.Des perspective to creatively approach candidate sourcing and engagement.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Assist in onboarding new hires and completing necessary documentation.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in non-IT recruitment.
