Non IT Recruiter - Pulp & Paper (1-2 Yrs Exp)

Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Non-IT Recruiter with 1-2 years of experience to join our HR team in Delhi. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of recruitment processes, particularly for non-technical roles within the manufacturing and pulp & paper sectors. This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a keen ability to identify and attract talent. A background in Law (LLM) is highly desirable, bringing a unique perspective to talent acquisition and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Source and attract candidates for various non-IT positions, including operations, administration, finance, and management, within the pulp & paper industry.

Utilize effective sourcing strategies, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and direct outreach.

Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the role and company culture.

Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their specific recruitment needs and timelines.

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding.

Maintain a candidate database and ensure timely follow-up with applicants.

Assist in developing and implementing recruitment strategies to attract top talent.

Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations, leveraging legal knowledge from LLM.

Contribute to employer branding initiatives.
