Role Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Non-Technical Support Executive to join our team. This role involves providing voice and blended support to our clients, addressing their queries, and resolving issues related to our industrial equipment and machinery products and services. You will be the first point of contact for many customers, ensuring a positive and efficient support experience.
Key Responsibilities:
* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
* Troubleshoot and resolve non-technical customer issues, such as order status, delivery queries, billing inquiries, and basic product information requests.
* Escalate complex or technical issues to the appropriate internal departments.
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
* Provide customers with product and service information and identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell.
* Process orders, forms, applications, and requests.
* Gather customer feedback and share insights with relevant teams to improve products and services.
* Adhere to company policies and procedures, and maintain a high level of customer service standards.
* Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and support processes.
