Role Summary: We are seeking dedicated and customer-focused Non-Technical Support Professionals with 2-4 years of experience for our Voice/Blended Process. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, providing essential support and resolving queries related to our defence and aerospace products and services. This position is ideal for individuals with a strong communication ability and a graduation-not-required educational background.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chat interactions to address customer inquiries and issues.
- Provide first-level support and troubleshooting for non-technical aspects of our products and services.
- Accurately document all customer interactions and resolutions in the CRM system.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate internal teams when necessary.
- Adhere to defined service level agreements (SLAs) and quality standards.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and support procedures.
