Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Non-Technical Support professional for our Voice/Blended process within the Iron & Steel industry. This role is ideal for candidates with 3-4 years of experience and an Any Graduate degree, looking to contribute to a dynamic operational environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, providing exceptional support and resolving queries related to our steel products and services.
Address customer concerns efficiently and professionally, ensuring a positive customer experience.
Utilize CRM systems to log customer interactions, track issues, and manage follow-ups.
Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues and ensure timely resolution.
Contribute to process improvement initiatives by providing feedback on customer interactions and support strategies.
Maintain a thorough understanding of company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information.
