Role Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Non-Voice Customer Support Executive to join our dynamic team. This role will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and resolving issues through written communication channels such as email and chat. You will be the first point of contact for our users, ensuring a positive and efficient customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer queries via email, chat, and other non-voice channels in a timely and accurate manner.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to our services and platforms.
- Document customer interactions and resolutions accurately in the CRM system.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate internal teams for resolution.
- Provide feedback to management on customer trends and recurring issues.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing excellent support.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures.
