Non Voice - Data Entry & Order Processing Associate

Role Summary:
We are seeking a meticulous and organized Non-Voice Data Entry & Order Processing Associate to join our growing team at iD Fresh Food. Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately enter customer orders, product details, and inventory data into the company's ERP or order management system.
• Verify the accuracy of order information, including product codes, quantities, pricing, and delivery addresses.
• Process order modifications, cancellations, and returns efficiently and accurately.
• Generate reports on order status, sales data, and inventory levels as required.
• Maintain organized and up-to-date digital records of all transactions and customer interactions.
• Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., sales, logistics, production) to resolve order discrepancies or issues.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to data handling and order processing.
