Job Description
Role Summary: The Program Associate will support the implementation and monitoring of educational programs in assigned communities. This role involves data collection, analysis, reporting, and coordination with field staff and stakeholders, ensuring smooth program operations and impact measurement.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the planning and execution of program activities at the community level.
Collect, organize, and maintain program-related data, including attendance, learning outcomes, and community feedback.
Prepare regular reports on program progress, challenges, and achievements for management and donors.
Coordinate with field staff, volunteers, and community members to ensure effective program delivery.
Support in organizing training sessions and workshops for teachers and community facilitators.
Identify and document best practices and lessons learned from program implementation.
Assist in the monitoring and evaluation of program impact.
Liaise with local stakeholders, including school authorities and community leaders.
