Nurse Informaticist

Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Nurse Informaticist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between clinical nursing practice and information technology, focusing on improving patient care, operational efficiency, and data management within our insurance operations. This role involves analyzing clinical workflows, implementing and optimizing healthcare information systems, and ensuring data integrity for informed decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

* Analyze clinical data and workflows to identify opportunities for system improvements and process optimization.
* Design, implement, and maintain electronic health record (EHR) systems and other healthcare information technology solutions.
* Develop and deliver training programs for clinical staff on the use of healthcare information systems.
* Collaborate with IT professionals, clinicians, and management to ensure system functionality meets user needs and regulatory requirements.
* Ensure data accuracy, security, and compliance with relevant healthcare regulations (e.g., HIPAA, if applicable in context, or Indian data privacy laws).
* Participate in system testing, troubleshooting, and evaluation.
* Develop reports and dashboards to support clinical decision-making and operational reporting.
* Stay abreast of emerging trends and technologies in nursing informatics and the insurance industry.
