Job Description

Role Summary:
Nestlé India is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Nurse Informaticist to join our team. This role will be instrumental in bridging the gap between clinical nursing practice and information technology within our food processing operations. The Nurse Informaticist will focus on leveraging technology to improve patient care, enhance data management, and streamline operational efficiency related to employee health and safety in our manufacturing facilities. This position requires a unique blend of clinical expertise, technological proficiency, and a strong understanding of data analysis.

Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and interpret clinical data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement in employee health and safety programs.
- Develop, implement, and maintain electronic health record (EHR) systems and other health-related IT solutions for occupational health services.
- Collaborate with nursing staff, IT professionals, and management to ensure the effective use of health information systems.
- Design and deliver training programs for healthcare staff on new technologies and system updates.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations (e.g., HIPAA, local Indian data protection laws) and company policies.
- Develop and manage reports and dashboards to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to employee health and wellness.
- Participate in the evaluation and selection of new health IT solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to health information systems.
- Contribute to the development of clinical informatics strategies that align with Nestlé India's business objectives.
