Nurse Informaticist

Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Nurse Informaticist to join our growing analytics team. In this role, you will bridge the gap between clinical practice and data science, leveraging your healthcare expertise to analyze clinical data, improve healthcare outcomes, and contribute to the development of innovative healthcare analytics solutions. You will work closely with data scientists, engineers, and clinical stakeholders to translate complex clinical workflows and data into actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze clinical data from various sources (EHRs, claims data, patient registries) to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with data science teams to define data requirements, develop analytical models, and interpret results in a clinical context.
• Translate clinical workflows and processes into data models and requirements for analytics solutions.
• Develop and maintain clinical terminologies, ontologies, and data standards.
• Provide clinical subject matter expertise to support the design, development, and validation of healthcare analytics products and services.
• Ensure data quality, integrity, and security in accordance with healthcare regulations and best practices.
• Communicate findings and recommendations to both clinical and technical stakeholders through presentations and reports.
