Nurse Informaticist (M.Tech Required) - Mumbai (2-3 Yrs Exp)

Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Nurse Informaticist with 2-3 years of experience and an M.Tech degree to join our growing team in Mumbai. This role is crucial for bridging the gap between clinical data and IT systems within our innovative food processing operations. You will be instrumental in developing, implementing, and managing health and safety informatics solutions that ensure compliance, enhance operational efficiency, and support employee well-being in a dynamic food processing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

* Design, develop, and maintain health and safety data systems and databases relevant to the food processing industry, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
* Analyze health and safety data to identify trends, risks, and areas for improvement in workplace safety and employee health.
* Implement and manage electronic health records (EHR) or similar systems tailored for occupational health within the organization.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, operations, and IT, to integrate health and safety informatics into business processes.
* Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for staff on new informatics systems and health protocols.
* Ensure compliance with relevant Indian health, safety, and data privacy regulations (e.g., FSSAI, factory acts).
* Stay abreast of the latest advancements in health informatics, occupational health, and food safety technologies.
* Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to health informatics systems and data.
* Contribute to the development of policies and procedures related to health and safety data management.
