Nurse Practitioner

Role Summary: The Nurse Practitioner will provide comprehensive healthcare services to employees within the Gitanjali Gems Ltd corporate office and associated facilities. This role focuses on preventative care, health promotion, and managing common health issues to ensure a healthy and productive workforce in the gems and jewellery industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Conducting health assessments and diagnosing common illnesses and injuries.

Prescribing medications and developing treatment plans.

Providing counselling on health and wellness, including nutrition, exercise, and stress management.

Managing chronic conditions and coordinating care with external healthcare providers.

Performing minor procedures and wound care.

Educating employees on occupational health hazards specific to the jewellery industry.

Maintaining accurate patient records and ensuring confidentiality.

Collaborating with HR and management on health and safety initiatives.
