Nurse Unit Manager

Role Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Nurse Unit Manager to oversee the operations of a nursing unit within our healthcare BPM services. The Nurse Unit Manager will be responsible for ensuring high-quality patient care, managing nursing staff, and optimizing unit performance in alignment with organizational goals and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of nurses and healthcare professionals, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.

Develop, implement, and evaluate nursing care plans to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Oversee daily operations of the nursing unit, including staff scheduling, resource allocation, and workflow management.

Ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations, policies, and procedures.

Monitor and manage unit budget, identifying cost-saving opportunities without compromising patient care.

Collaborate with physicians, other healthcare professionals, and administrative staff to coordinate patient care.

Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of best practices.

Provide direct patient care when necessary, demonstrating excellent clinical skills.

Conduct performance reviews and provide ongoing feedback and professional development opportunities for nursing staff.
