Nurse Unit Manager

Role Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Nurse Unit Manager to oversee the health and well-being of our employees at our corporate facility. The Nurse Unit Manager will be responsible for providing primary healthcare services, managing the on-site clinic, and implementing health and safety programs within the organization. This role requires strong clinical skills, leadership abilities, and a proactive approach to employee health.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide immediate medical attention and first aid for workplace injuries and illnesses.
2. Assess patient conditions, administer medications, and perform basic medical procedures as per protocols.
3. Manage the day-to-day operations of the company's health clinic, including inventory management of medical supplies and equipment.
4. Develop and implement health promotion and disease prevention programs tailored to employee needs.
5. Maintain accurate and confidential patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations.
6. Liaise with external healthcare providers and hospitals for referrals and specialized care.
7. Educate employees on health and safety practices, including ergonomics and preventive care.
8. Ensure compliance with all relevant Indian healthcare laws and company policies.
9. Supervise and mentor any junior nursing staff or clinic assistants if applicable.
