Key Responsibilities:

1. **Operational Management:** Assist in the daily operations of the design unit, ensuring all processes are followed efficiently.
2. **Resource Coordination:** Manage and coordinate the allocation of resources, including materials, equipment, and personnel, to support ongoing projects.
3. **Budget Monitoring:** Assist in tracking project budgets, monitoring expenses, and preparing financial reports as required. This includes invoice processing and vendor payments.
4. **Team Support:** Provide administrative and logistical support to the design and project management teams.
5. **Record Keeping:** Maintain accurate and organized records of project documentation, client communications, and financial transactions.
