Nurse Unit Manager - Facility Management (Guwahati)

Role Summary: We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Nurse Unit Manager with a Doctorate/PhD for our Facility Management Services division in Guwahati. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in nursing management and a strong understanding of healthcare operations within a corporate or facility management setting. This role involves overseeing the health and safety protocols, ensuring compliance, and managing on-site medical services to support our corporate clients' employees and operations. The candidate will leverage their advanced academic background and practical experience to enhance the delivery of health and wellness programs.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive health and safety policies and procedures within the facility, ensuring adherence to national and international standards.

Manage and supervise the on-site nursing staff, including scheduling, performance management, and professional development.

Oversee the provision of immediate medical care, first aid, and emergency response services to employees and visitors.

Conduct health risk assessments and implement preventive health programs tailored to the corporate environment.

Maintain accurate medical records and ensure confidentiality in compliance with privacy regulations.
