Role Summary:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Nursery Teacher with a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree and 5 years of experience to join our esteemed educational institution in Thane. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a nurturing and stimulating learning environment for young children, fostering their holistic development through engaging activities and play-based learning. You will play a crucial role in laying the foundation for their academic journey.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum and lesson plans for nursery-level students, focusing on early literacy, numeracy, social-emotional skills, and motor development.
- Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive classroom environment that encourages exploration, creativity, and active participation.
- Utilize a variety of teaching methods, including play-based learning, storytelling, music, and art, to cater to diverse learning styles.
- Observe and assess children's progress, providing regular feedback to parents and guardians.
- Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues, promoting open communication and collaboration.
- Manage classroom behavior effectively, establishing clear expectations and positive reinforcement strategies.
- Ensure the well-being and safety of all children under your care, adhering to all school policies and procedures.
