Nursery Teacher - Technology (1-3 Yrs)

We are seeking a creative and nurturing Nursery Teacher to join our esteemed organization, supporting the educational needs of our employees' children at our Surat campus. This role is ideal for an individual with 1-3 years of experience and a B.Des degree, who can contribute to a stimulating and engaging learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities that foster early childhood development.
- Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning.
- Utilize creative teaching methods and materials, potentially drawing from design principles learned in B.Des, to enhance engagement.
- Observe and assess children's progress, providing regular feedback to parents.
- Manage classroom behavior effectively and promote positive social interactions.
- Collaborate with other educators and staff to ensure a cohesive educational program.
- Maintain open and effective communication with parents regarding their child's development and classroom activities.
