Role Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nursing professional to join our Health and Wellness team at Infosys. This role will focus on providing comprehensive health services and support to our employees, contributing to a healthy and productive work environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of occupational health and safety, and a passion for employee well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct health assessments and screenings for employees.
- Provide first aid and emergency medical care as needed.
- Offer health counseling and education on various health topics.
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee health records.
- Collaborate with external healthcare providers for specialized care referrals.
- Assist in developing and implementing health and wellness programs.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
- Manage and maintain the on-site clinic or health center facilities.
- Participate in health awareness campaigns and initiatives.
