Role Summary:
HAL is seeking a dedicated and skilled Nursing professional to join our medical services team. The role involves providing comprehensive healthcare support to our employees, ensuring their well-being and addressing any health-related concerns within the corporate environment. This position is vital for maintaining a healthy and productive workforce.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide immediate first aid and emergency medical care to employees in case of accidents or sudden illness.
Conduct health check-ups, screenings, and assessments as per company policy and medical guidelines.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by visiting doctors or company physicians.
Maintain accurate and confidential medical records of all employees, ensuring compliance with privacy regulations.
Educate employees on health, hygiene, and preventive care measures.
Assist in organizing and conducting health camps, wellness programs, and awareness drives.
Manage and maintain the stock of medical supplies and equipment, ensuring availability and proper storage.
Liaise with external healthcare providers and hospitals for referrals and follow-up care when necessary.
Ensure a clean and safe environment within the medical facility.
