Key Responsibilities:

• Provide immediate first aid and medical care to employees in case of injuries or sudden illness.
• Conduct health assessments, screenings, and monitor employee health trends.
• Manage and maintain medical records, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.
• Educate employees on health promotion, disease prevention, and occupational safety.
• Liaise with external healthcare providers and hospitals for referrals and follow-up care.
• Assist in the development and implementation of occupational health policies and procedures.
• Maintain inventory of medical supplies and equipment.
