Role Summary: We are seeking an experienced Occupational Health & Safety professional with a B.Pharma background to join our team in Nasik. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive health and safety programs within our software product development environment, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and promoting a safe and healthy workplace for our employees. This role requires a strong understanding of pharmaceutical sciences and their application in industrial safety.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and monitor health and safety policies and procedures in line with company objectives and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct risk assessments and hazard identification, particularly focusing on chemical and biological safety relevant to a B.Pharma background.
- Develop and deliver health and safety training programs to employees.
- Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses, identifying root causes and recommending corrective actions.
- Maintain accurate records of safety inspections, training, and incident reports.
- Advise management on health and safety matters and ensure compliance with occupational health standards.
- Collaborate with HR and other departments to promote employee well-being and health initiatives.
- Stay updated on the latest developments in occupational health and safety legislation and best practices.
