Occupational Health & Safety Specialist

Role Summary: The Occupational Health & Safety (OHS) Specialist will be responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring health and safety programs within Technicolor India's facilities. This role is crucial in ensuring a safe and healthy working environment for all employees, in compliance with relevant Indian regulations and company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement OHS policies, procedures, and guidelines.
• Conduct regular risk assessments and safety audits to identify potential hazards.
• Investigate workplace incidents, accidents, and near misses, and recommend corrective actions.
• Organize and deliver health and safety training programs for employees.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant Indian OHS legislation and standards.
• Maintain OHS records and documentation.
• Advise management on OHS matters and promote a strong safety culture.
• Collaborate with HR and other departments to address employee health and well-being.
