We are seeking a motivated and organized Office Admin with 1-2 years of experience to join our team in Ludhiana. The ideal candidate will hold a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree and possess strong administrative and communication skills. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our corporate office within the dynamic auto components sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily office operations, including mail handling, correspondence, and general administrative support.

Maintain office supplies inventory and coordinate procurement as needed.

Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff.

Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documents using MS Office Suite.

Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, addressing inquiries professionally.

Maintain office filing systems, both physical and digital, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.

Support HR activities such as onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records.

Ensure the office environment is tidy, organized, and conducive to productivity.
