Job Description

Role Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and organized Office Administrator to join our team at HDFC Bank. The Office Administrator will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient day-to-day operation of the office, providing administrative support to staff, and maintaining a professional and welcoming office environment. This role is crucial for supporting our business operations and ensuring a productive workplace for our employees.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, and deliveries.
- Greet visitors, clients, and employees, and direct them appropriately.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff.
- Answer and direct phone calls, manage the switchboard, and take messages.
- Maintain office filing systems, both physical and digital.
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks, expense tracking, and invoice processing.
- Ensure the office is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
- Provide general administrative support to various departments as required.
- Assist in organizing company events and team-building activities.
- Manage office equipment, including printers, copiers, and other machinery, and coordinate maintenance and repairs.
- Uphold company policies and procedures.
