Oil Field Manager

Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Oil Field Manager to oversee and optimize our investments in the energy sector, specifically focusing on oil and gas exploration and production assets within India. This role requires a blend of technical expertise in oilfield operations and financial acumen to ensure profitable and sustainable asset management.

Key Responsibilities:

• • Conduct due diligence on potential oil and gas asset acquisitions, assessing technical feasibility, reserves, operational efficiency, and financial viability.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans for portfolio oilfield assets to maximize production, minimize costs, and ensure environmental compliance.
  • Monitor operational performance of oilfield assets, identifying risks and opportunities for improvement.
  • Manage relationships with operating partners, service providers, and regulatory bodies.
  • Oversee budgeting, financial forecasting, and performance reporting for oilfield investments.
  • Evaluate new technologies and methodologies for enhanced oil recovery and operational optimization.
  • Ensure adherence to all safety, health, and environmental regulations in field operations.
