Oiler

Role Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Oiler to join our operations team. The Oiler will be responsible for the lubrication and maintenance of machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance and longevity. This role is crucial for maintaining the smooth functioning of our manufacturing and processing units within the beauty and personal care industry.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform routine lubrication of all machinery and equipment according to established schedules and specifications.
- Inspect machinery for signs of wear, damage, or potential lubrication issues.
- Identify and report any equipment malfunctions or maintenance needs to the supervisor.
- Maintain accurate records of all lubrication activities, including dates, types of lubricants used, and equipment serviced.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of lubricants and related supplies.
- Clean and maintain lubrication equipment and work areas.
- Assist maintenance technicians with minor repairs and preventative maintenance tasks.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies during the execution of duties.
- Monitor oil levels and fluid conditions in various machinery.
- Operate lubrication equipment and tools safely and effectively.
