Role Summary:
We are seeking a diligent and reliable Oiler to join our facilities management team at AU Small Finance Bank. The Oiler will be responsible for the lubrication and maintenance of machinery and equipment across our various branches and facilities, ensuring smooth and efficient operations. This role is crucial for preventing equipment breakdown and extending the lifespan of our assets.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine lubrication of all types of machinery and equipment as per schedule.
- Inspect machinery for signs of wear, damage, or potential issues and report findings.
- Clean and maintain lubrication equipment and work areas.
- Monitor oil levels and replenish as needed.
- Assist in the maintenance and repair of mechanical systems.
- Follow safety procedures and guidelines during all maintenance activities.
- Maintain accurate records of lubrication activities and inventory of lubricants.
- Operate and maintain hand tools and power tools safely.
