Role Summary:
We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Oiler with a Master of Laws (LLM) degree to join our team in Delhi. The ideal candidate will possess 3-5 years of experience and a strong understanding of legal frameworks relevant to public administration and infrastructure operations. This role involves ensuring the smooth and safe operation of machinery and equipment within our public administration facilities, with a focus on compliance and regulatory adherence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance, lubrication, and inspection of various machinery and equipment as per established schedules and safety protocols.
- Monitor the operational status of equipment, identifying and reporting any potential issues or malfunctions to supervisors.
- Assist in the troubleshooting and repair of minor mechanical problems, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including parts used, time spent, and any observed defects.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations, with a particular emphasis on legal requirements pertaining to public infrastructure.
- Support the implementation of new maintenance procedures and best practices, leveraging legal knowledge to ensure adherence to standards.
- Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to interpret and apply relevant laws and regulations to operational procedures.
- Participate in safety training and contribute to a culture of safety awareness within the department.
- Respond to emergency maintenance requests as needed.
