Oiler - Metals & Mining Sector (3-5 Yrs)

Role Summary: We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Oiler with 3-5 years of experience to join our dynamic Metals & Mining operations in Noida. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the lubrication and maintenance of machinery, ensuring smooth and efficient plant operations. While the primary focus is on mechanical lubrication, a B.Des background is sought for its potential to bring a unique perspective to equipment design considerations and user interface improvements in maintenance processes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine lubrication and greasing of all plant machinery and equipment as per schedule.
- Inspect machinery for signs of wear, damage, or potential lubrication issues and report findings.
- Maintain accurate records of all lubrication activities, including types of lubricants used, quantities, and dates.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of lubricants, oils, and greases.
- Assist maintenance teams in troubleshooting and repairing equipment as needed.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies while performing duties.
- Identify opportunities for improving lubrication processes and equipment reliability, leveraging design thinking principles.
