This role involves leveraging your clinical expertise to create accurate, engaging, and pedagogically sound learning materials for medical students and healthcare professionals. You will play a crucial role in shaping the future of medical education through innovative digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and review comprehensive curriculum modules, lesson plans, and educational content related to oncology for various learning levels.
- Create accurate and engaging medical content, including case studies, presentations, video scripts, and interactive quizzes, focusing on current oncological practices and research.
- Collaborate with instructional designers, subject matter experts, and multimedia teams to ensure the effective delivery of educational content.
- Ensure all content adheres to the highest standards of medical accuracy, evidence-based practice, and ethical guidelines.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements, research, and treatment modalities in the field of oncology.
- Provide subject matter expertise for the development of assessment tools and examinations.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the learning platform and content delivery methods.
- Mentor and guide junior content developers or subject matter experts as needed.
