Job Description
Role Summary: Wipro is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Oncologist to join our dedicated healthcare services division. This role will be instrumental in providing expert medical guidance and support to our employees, focusing on cancer prevention, diagnosis, treatment, and survivorship. The Oncologist will work closely with our occupational health team and external healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide expert medical consultation and advice on oncology-related matters to employees.
Develop and implement cancer screening and early detection programs.
Educate employees on cancer prevention strategies and healthy lifestyle choices.
Liaise with external oncologists and healthcare facilities for specialist referrals and treatment coordination.
Review medical records and diagnostic reports to provide accurate assessments.
Contribute to the development and improvement of Wipro's occupational health policies and procedures related to cancer care.
Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to all ethical and legal standards.
Stay updated with the latest advancements in oncology research, diagnosis, and treatment modalities.
