Role Summary:
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Accessory Designer with 3-4 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and developing a range of accessories that align with our brand and project requirements within the Engineering & Construction sector. A Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree is essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with project managers and engineering teams to understand accessory needs and design specifications.
Develop innovative and functional accessory designs, from initial sketches to detailed 3D models.
Create technical drawings, BOMs (Bills of Materials), and specifications for manufacturing.
Select appropriate materials and manufacturing processes, considering cost, durability, and aesthetic requirements.
Ensure designs comply with safety regulations and industry standards.
Prepare design presentations for stakeholders and incorporate feedback.
Stay updated with the latest design trends, technologies, and materials in the relevant industries.
