We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Executive with 3-4 years of experience to join our finance team in Bangalore. This role is crucial for ensuring the timely and accurate processing of all vendor invoices and payments within our dynamic food processing business.

Key Responsibilities:

Process a high volume of vendor invoices accurately and efficiently.

Verify invoices against purchase orders and receiving documents.

Ensure all payments are processed in a timely manner, adhering to payment terms.

Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.

Maintain accurate and organized records of all accounts payable transactions.

Assist with month-end closing procedures.

Liaise with internal departments and external vendors to resolve payment issues.

Support audit requests and provide necessary documentation.

Adhere to company policies and procedures.
