Opening for Accounts Payable Manager | Corporate

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Manager with 3-4 years of experience to join our corporate finance team in Nagpur. The ideal candidate will possess a Master of Computer Applications (MCA) degree and a strong understanding of accounting principles and software. This role is crucial in ensuring the efficient and accurate processing of all accounts payable activities within the entertainment industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the end-to-end accounts payable process, including invoice processing, vendor management, and payment disbursement.

Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.

Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and internal controls related to accounts payable.

Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities, including accruals and journal entries.

Utilize accounting software and ERP systems to manage AP data and generate reports.

Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth invoice processing and address payment queries.

Support audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.

Contribute to process improvements and automation within the accounts payable function, leveraging your MCA background.
