Opening for Accounts Receivable Manager | Corporate

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Manager with 2-4 years of experience and an MCA degree to join our corporate finance team in Vijayawada. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the accounts receivable process, ensuring timely collection of payments, and maintaining accurate financial records. This role requires a strong understanding of financial principles, excellent analytical skills, and proficiency in accounting software, with a unique blend of technical aptitude expected from an MCA background.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end accounts receivable process, including invoicing, payment processing, and reconciliation.
- Monitor customer accounts for outstanding balances and delinquent payments, and initiate collection efforts.
- Develop and implement strategies to reduce Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) and improve cash flow.
- Prepare regular reports on accounts receivable status, aging, and collection performance for management.
- Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to resolve billing disputes and customer inquiries.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
- Utilize accounting software and ERP systems to manage AR data and generate financial reports.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and provide insights for improving AR processes.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and month-end close activities.
