Job Description

Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented professional with 3-5 years of experience in Additive Manufacturing (3D Printing) to join our dynamic team in Thiruvananthapuram. This role is crucial for advancing our capabilities in developing and optimizing 3D printed components for aerospace applications. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of manufacturing processes, materials science, and cost management, leveraging their M.Com background to ensure financial viability and strategic alignment of AM projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the end-to-end process of additive manufacturing projects, from design conceptualization to final production and quality assurance.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to select appropriate materials and printing technologies for specific aerospace applications, considering cost-effectiveness and performance requirements.
- Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within financial constraints, utilizing M.Com principles.
- Analyze manufacturing data to identify areas for process improvement, cost reduction, and efficiency gains in additive manufacturing operations.
- Conduct feasibility studies and cost-benefit analyses for new additive manufacturing applications and technologies.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, quality control procedures, and regulatory requirements specific to the aerospace sector.
- Prepare detailed reports on project status, financial performance, and key performance indicators for management review.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of strategic initiatives related to advanced manufacturing and technology adoption.
