Role Summary:

The Advisor / Consultant will play a crucial role in analyzing business operations, identifying areas for improvement, and developing strategic recommendations for our hotel portfolio. You will work closely with senior management and on-site teams to implement best practices and drive profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth analysis of hotel operational performance, financial statements, and market trends.
• Develop and present strategic recommendations to senior leadership on areas such as revenue management, cost optimization, guest experience enhancement, and new market penetration.
• Collaborate with hotel management teams to implement approved strategies and operational improvements.
• Monitor the progress of implemented initiatives and provide regular performance reports.
• Identify opportunities for operational efficiency and service innovation within the group.
• Support business development efforts by conducting market research and feasibility studies for new ventures.
• Contribute to the development of standardized operating procedures (SOPs) and training materials.
