Key Responsibilities:

Conduct in-depth research and analysis on industry trends, market opportunities, and competitive landscapes within facility management.

Develop and implement strategic recommendations to enhance operational efficiency, service delivery, and cost-effectiveness of facility management services.

Utilize advanced analytical techniques and data modeling to identify areas for improvement and innovation in our technology platforms.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technology, operations, and business development, to translate insights into actionable plans.

Prepare comprehensive reports, presentations, and proposals for senior management and stakeholders.

Contribute to the development and refinement of proprietary algorithms and analytical tools.
