We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Airport Duty Manager with 1-3 years of experience and an M.Pharma degree to join our team in Kochi. This role is crucial for overseeing airport operations, ensuring compliance, and managing on-ground activities. The ideal candidate will leverage their pharmaceutical background to understand critical supply chain aspects and regulatory requirements within the aviation sector, particularly for time-sensitive or temperature-controlled cargo.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily airport operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.
- Manage a team of ground staff, providing direction and support.
- Ensure adherence to all aviation regulations, safety protocols, and security procedures.
- Liaise with airlines, ground handlers, and other stakeholders to resolve operational issues.
- Monitor and manage the handling of special cargo, including pharmaceuticals, ensuring compliance with storage and transportation requirements.
- Respond to and manage operational disruptions or emergencies.
- Prepare and submit operational reports to senior management.
- Implement and maintain quality standards for all airport services.
- Contribute to process improvements and operational efficiency initiatives.
