We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Allergist / Immunologist with 3-4 years of experience to join our team in Hyderabad. This unique role requires a strong understanding of both medical immunology and legal frameworks pertinent to occupational health and safety within the textile and apparel industry. The ideal candidate will leverage their medical expertise and legal acumen to ensure compliance, manage health risks, and contribute to a safe working environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive medical assessments and diagnostic evaluations for employees experiencing allergic reactions or immunological disorders, particularly those related to occupational exposures in textile manufacturing.
Develop and implement treatment plans for patients, including medication management and patient education.
Interpret and apply relevant Indian labor laws, environmental regulations, and occupational safety standards (e.g., Factories Act, specific chemical exposure limits) to workplace health issues.
Advise management on potential health hazards associated with raw materials, manufacturing processes, and the working environment.
Collaborate with HR and legal departments to develop and update occupational health policies and procedures.
Investigate and document workplace incidents related to allergic reactions or immunological responses, providing expert medical and legal analysis.
Stay abreast of current medical research in allergy and immunology, as well as evolving legal requirements and best practices in occupational health.
