Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Area / Territory Manager with 3-4 years of experience and an LLB degree to join our corporate team in Lucknow. The ideal candidate will be responsible for expanding our market presence, managing client relationships, and ensuring regulatory compliance within their designated territory in the water treatment and waste management sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve territory sales goals and expand the company's customer base in the water treatment and waste management domain.

Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and government bodies within the assigned territory.

Understand and interpret complex legal agreements, contracts, and tender documents related to water treatment projects, ensuring compliance.

Ensure all business activities and operations within the territory adhere to local, state, and national environmental regulations and company policies.

Provide market feedback and insights to the management team to inform product development and business strategies.

Manage the territory's budget, forecasting sales revenue, and achieving profitability targets.

Coordinate with internal departments (legal, technical, operations) to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.
