Role Summary:

The successful candidate will support the Director in managing project timelines, guiding the creative team, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality visual content.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Director in overseeing the day-to-day operations of animation and VFX projects.
- Collaborate with the Director and creative leads to develop and execute project visions.
- Coordinate with artists, animators, and technical staff to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery of assets.
- Review work in progress and provide constructive feedback to the team.
- Help manage project schedules, track progress, and identify potential bottlenecks.
- Ensure adherence to project briefs, style guides, and quality standards.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas.
- Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
- Support in training and mentoring junior team members.
