Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and legally astute Associate Professor with 1-2 years of experience to join our corporate legal team. The ideal candidate will contribute to the legal framework and compliance of our Beauty & Personal Care operations. This role requires a strong understanding of corporate law and its application in a business context.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various legal documents including contracts, agreements, and MoUs.
Provide legal advice and support on corporate governance matters, regulatory compliance, and intellectual property rights relevant to the beauty and personal care industry.
Conduct legal research on emerging trends and laws affecting the FMCG and beauty sectors in India.
Support the legal department in litigation and dispute resolution processes.
Ensure compliance with all applicable Indian laws and regulations, including those related to product safety, advertising, and consumer protection.
