Role Summary:
We are seeking an Associate Professor with 3-5 years of experience to join our dynamic Management Consulting practice in Chennai. This role is ideal for individuals with a strong B.Com background who are passionate about sharing knowledge and developing talent within a corporate setting. You will contribute to our internal learning and development initiatives, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and deliver engaging training modules and workshops on core management consulting concepts, financial analysis, business strategy, and industry-specific topics.
Design and facilitate case studies, simulations, and interactive learning sessions to enhance practical application of knowledge.
Mentor and coach junior consultants, providing guidance on skill development, career progression, and project-specific challenges.
Stay abreast of current industry trends, best practices in management consulting, and emerging technologies to update curriculum and content.
Assess learning effectiveness through feedback, performance reviews, and post-training evaluations, and make necessary adjustments to training programs.
