Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Automation Engineer with 0-1 years of experience to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for a recent M.Tech graduate looking to kick-start their career in the telecom industry. You will be instrumental in designing, developing, and implementing automated solutions to enhance our network infrastructure and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain automated scripts and tools for network testing, deployment, and monitoring.
- Collaborate with senior engineers to understand system requirements and translate them into automated test cases.
- Identify opportunities for automation within existing processes and propose solutions.
- Execute automated test suites and analyze test results, reporting defects and issues.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of automation frameworks and methodologies.
- Troubleshoot and debug automation scripts and infrastructure.
- Gain hands-on experience with various telecom technologies and network elements.
